How We Differ From Other Qui Tam and Whistleblower Firms

In the legal field, it is often quantity over quality. Many firms take on as many cases as possible, accepting cases that may have a marginal chance of success. They have you quickly sign a retainer agreement, but then, upon investigation, determine the case is not a viable one and terminate the relationship.

At the Khurana Law Firm, we respect that our clients are courageously coming forward, substantially disrupting their own lives. We never take that for granted. We work on contingency, only getting paid if there is a recovery. Only after thorough investigation and providing you with the facts, benefits, and potential disadvantages of filing a lawsuit will we ever ask you to sign a retainer agreement. This relieves any pressure to move forward, particularly if you are having second thoughts.
